2008 commemorates the 10th anniversary of the "On The Trail" day planner. Beginning in 1999, with no conscious intent, I became an historian of Canadian ranches. Preserving the soul of the rancher and his lifestyle through my photographs has become my way of life. It is a passion that nourishes my soul and provides a deeper meaning to my work.
It is the ranchers' heart and soul that is at the hub of ranching, the many facets of his life that I document are the spokes that join the rim which encircles his connection to the land and his life. Thanks for the rancher for your dedication and your stewardship of the land. Thank you for the kindness, encouragement and support you have provided me over the past ten years.
I am indebted to my many loyal customers for supporting me, for recognizing the importance of what I am doing and for sharing in my passion for preserving ranch life.
Warmest regards,
